As hurricane season is starting to barrel down on us it's time to review your insurance coverages to make sure your covered when the storms hit. Most people wait till a storm is close by to check their coverages to see if they are covered. But reality is most insurance companies won't let you change your coverages once a hurricane or tropical storm is given a name. So it's a good practice to review your policy now before hurricane season starts.
